[00:00:07] Speaker A: What's your name, scumbag?
[00:00:09] Speaker B: Forty Fonts.
[00:00:10] Speaker A: What's your name, scumBag? Your own. Your boy Kstucky76.
[00:00:13] Speaker B: What's up, man?
[00:00:14] Speaker A: What's happening?
[00:00:15] Speaker B: Back for another week of the daily trial recap.
[00:00:19] Speaker A: What's going on, man?
[00:00:20] Speaker B: Not much, man.
We had a couple of things this week. You know, we got a jury. Number six got dismissed, so.
[00:00:31] Speaker A: Yeah, he got vertigo.
Vertigo.
[00:00:35] Speaker B: No, he had some. Oh, oh, some inconsistencies. What weed is.
[00:00:40] Speaker A: That's right, that's right, that's right. Yeah, that's right, that's right.
[00:00:44] Speaker B: So my man was told.
He said he lived in the Bronx and then he tried to change up where he lived at.
So now he being replaced with a 57 year old white man.
So what do you think that means for? Means for Diddy.
[00:01:06] Speaker A: They selected his, you know, jurisdiction. You know, they. They select this guy because they, you know, think he gonna, you know, side with the prosecution here. But I don't know with him being a white guy on that, I mean, I don't think that changes too much, to be honest with you. He just one guy. You need all 12, you know, to agree on a verdict. So I don't think that changes too much in it. Cause he's too deep in it. Now, if this was like early on in the case, then it maybe have some bearing. But right now, what, a week out, two weeks out, A week out from wrapping this thing up. So I don't think they had too much bearing. Now, that guy being on that trial that long without having a proper, you know, without being vetted is a problem.
I think that's more the issue than who we replaced with him being there that long and y' all can't find the address on this dude is crazy. Yeah, so that's some mistrial shit right there to begin with, you know what I'm saying? So I think it's something that could be something that was played on both sides.
They kept him in there because they didn't want to cause a lot of ruckus. And then did it say, hey, this, you know, he pbas for a mistrial? Cause y' all can't even get the damn jury right, so.
[00:02:25] Speaker B: But shit, he not the first one, right?
[00:02:28] Speaker A: No, actually, two people, they done got a box out of them.
They kept the first one kind of on the low. I think it was vertigo, something. He was sick or something like that. They called out sick or something like that. And they like, all right, you gotta go.
And then this guy here, they just.
This live Like a hobo.
Well, where you stay at? New Jersey?
[00:02:47] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:02:50] Speaker A: New Jersey?
[00:02:50] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:02:51] Speaker A: That's where you stay at?
[00:02:52] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:02:52] Speaker A: That physical address, New Jersey.
So what the hell he got going on?
[00:02:58] Speaker B: I didn't see how. Like I said, I don't even see how you made the cut in the first.
[00:03:01] Speaker A: Stay there that long, man. Like, come on, man. Yeah, you know what I'm saying? What y' all doing in here?
This high profile case where you gotta have all your ducks in a row.
[00:03:10] Speaker B: Yeah, for sure.
For sure, man.
[00:03:12] Speaker A: Ground for mistrial.
[00:03:15] Speaker B: That what I think. That what I'm thinking.
[00:03:16] Speaker A: It gonna be a mistrial.
[00:03:17] Speaker B: It'll end up happening.
[00:03:18] Speaker A: Be a mistrial. Yeah. Yeah, it was. At this point, it wouldn't surprise me what happened with the ddk. If he gets some time, I ain't shocked. If he get off, I ain't shocked either.
Now I think he. If he do get off of this, it's going to be multiple lawsuits. Come behind this. Like it ain't. It's far from over now illegal is anything.
[00:03:37] Speaker B: Your civil suits coming out?
[00:03:38] Speaker A: Yeah, they coming, man. They coming. They coming. They coming out the ass.
So even if he beat the criminal thing, he's still gonna be on the hook for a lot of civil stuff. So his days in court are far from over.
That's just me, though.
[00:03:51] Speaker B: So you still think he got a long road ahead?
[00:03:53] Speaker A: Long road ahead of court, tied up in court, legal fees, that was gonna get him out of all that money.
And then if he get found liable in a lot of these stuff, he gotta pay some, you know, he gotta pay.
So he got a long road ahead of him. Yeah, long road ahead of him.
[00:04:10] Speaker B: Yeah, definitely.
[00:04:11] Speaker A: So it's far from over. It did in court. Far from over.
[00:04:15] Speaker B: Yeah.
Then you had audio, Cassie threatening to kill one of the male escorts.
[00:04:22] Speaker A: And nobody's really talking about it.
[00:04:25] Speaker B: Nobody really talking about it.
[00:04:26] Speaker A: Do you know why?
Cause it ain't Diddy. You know what I'm saying? She out here threatening.
[00:04:30] Speaker B: She so sounded like that.
[00:04:32] Speaker A: Yeah, you're damn right.
[00:04:32] Speaker B: And then she was saying, I'll put.
[00:04:34] Speaker A: You in the ground.
[00:04:35] Speaker B: I would kill you, hide you.
[00:04:37] Speaker A: Yeah, man.
[00:04:37] Speaker B: Put you up and put you in the fucking dirt right now.
[00:04:40] Speaker A: So with that being said, don't you think in some kind of way she should be held responsible for saying or threatening this man's life and all kinds of stuff like that? Because the shoe was on the other foot, though.
[00:04:53] Speaker B: Yeah, you know, because you know, you know Diddy right now, Diddy, the only one looking like the monster in this Whole situation.
[00:05:00] Speaker A: He ain't the only monster out.
[00:05:01] Speaker B: There was a few moms monsters out there.
[00:05:03] Speaker A: Damn right.
[00:05:07] Speaker B: You know what I mean?
[00:05:08] Speaker A: Yeah. He might have been the ugliest monster.
[00:05:11] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:05:11] Speaker A: He wasn't the only one.
[00:05:12] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:05:13] Speaker A: Trust me. You out here threatening people's lives and. And carrying on like that. Like, come on. That cats.
[00:05:17] Speaker B: Why you think. Why you think. Why you think people ain't.
Ain't harping on this?
[00:05:22] Speaker A: Because, man, that's just how. How finicky people is when it comes to certain things. They ain't holding people to the same type of standard, man.
[00:05:29] Speaker B: Yeah. Cause you know now, you know, everybody saw the video with.
[00:05:33] Speaker A: With Diddy whooping her ass.
[00:05:35] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:05:36] Speaker A: Yeah. And you know, which was unfortunate. He ain't had to do all that.
[00:05:39] Speaker B: You know what I'm saying?
[00:05:39] Speaker A: I ain't condoning that at all. And now you got this same woman out here talking about she putting somebody in the fucking ground.
[00:05:45] Speaker B: Both of these people seem to me that both. Both of them seem to be violent.
[00:05:48] Speaker A: You know, Very, very violent. They had a violent relationship.
[00:05:52] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:05:53] Speaker A: Whether people want to admit it or not.
[00:05:55] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:05:58] Speaker A: Cutting you up and putting your body place in there, that's threatening. That's. That's. That's.
[00:06:01] Speaker B: That's my man. Yeah.
[00:06:02] Speaker A: Yeah, that's them.
[00:06:04] Speaker B: That's my land.
[00:06:05] Speaker A: Yeah. That's. That's casino.
[00:06:07] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:06:07] Speaker A: You know what I'm saying? That's there. Like you said, that's a mob type. Chop your ass up and man. What?
[00:06:12] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah.
[00:06:13] Speaker A: Need you just a recording of this shit. And that shit just went and left like, no, no, no, no, no. Bring. Run that back.
Run that back. Cass. Now. Somebody need to tighten your ass up. You out here threatening people's lives and shit like that. Like, come on now.
[00:06:26] Speaker B: Yeah. So this. This also this week, man, the jury got opportunity to see some freak off videos, right?
[00:06:33] Speaker A: Which I still think that wasn't cool.
[00:06:36] Speaker B: You don't think it was cool?
[00:06:37] Speaker A: No. Why show the freak off video in the court to tell the jury to put on headphones and listen to. Did it listen to Cats to get fucked or whatever the case may be here. Like, why are we doing that?
What's the point of that? Y' all done paint the picture. The picture's been painted.
It ain't no higher level of freakiness than where Diddy at.
If it is, I don't want to know about it, bro. Like, if it's a level pass, did it. At this point, we, you know, we don't need to know. Like, there's another plane up there. If DD Ain't the worst, if he ain't the freakiest.
[00:07:13] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:07:13] Speaker A: Or the wildest. And there's somebody above him, then, man, I don't know.
[00:07:17] Speaker B: Do you think the prosecution went too.
[00:07:18] Speaker A: Far with Was no need to show the video. Y' all painted. Y' all. Y' all had three, four weeks, a whole month to paint the picture. All we were hearing was sex, drugs. Sex and drugs. Sex and drugs. Sex and drugs.
We get it, girl.
There was no reason to show a video.
Oh, we get it. I mean. Well, the jurors got it. They got it. They know he's a freak.
[00:07:41] Speaker B: I don't know. They gotta. I guess you gotta show all the evidence. You know what I mean?
Because it was. It. It was out there. You know that when they did the raid on Diddy crib, they found videos and stuff like that. So I guess you gotta.
[00:07:54] Speaker A: Now, this is the thing with me, right?
You find a video, we can say what we think, how they end up in these videos. But at the same time, do they know they was recorded? Because if the people know when they being recorded, there's no. I'm secretly recording you, and you don't know it. If you performing for the camera.
Where's the problem here, Right? Cause people can record sex, bro. They having sex, but you just can't secretly record nobody having sex.
[00:08:32] Speaker B: Right.
[00:08:33] Speaker A: You know what I'm saying? People do it all the time in their bedrooms, you know, bust out the camera. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, we had a whole Martin show.
Martin. Gina trying to watch they damn tape.
[00:08:47] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah.
[00:08:48] Speaker A: You know what I'm saying? Like, what are we doing, man? Married people do shit, couples do shit like that.
People do shit like that. We acting like that's so tight. Cause Puffy got some shit. You going. Motherfuckers got porn on their phone. Every day you walk around and get porn.
[00:09:02] Speaker B: Let people see what's actually happening at these free calls. You know what I mean?
[00:09:08] Speaker A: But that's personal.
[00:09:09] Speaker B: Then it might be some incriminating evidence that maybe did it with drugging these people.
[00:09:18] Speaker A: Or now, if the drug's on the table and you walk your ass over there and reel a line that's on you, that ain't on me.
[00:09:27] Speaker B: Maybe these people were down, was incoherent from the drug use, but the drug.
[00:09:35] Speaker A: Use that they chose to do.
[00:09:37] Speaker B: Yeah, but still. Yet it's illegal. It's illegal to have sex with somebody that's incoherent.
[00:09:45] Speaker A: Now, I get that. I understand that. Then that's true. Right.
That is very true. Yeah, they are not.
[00:09:54] Speaker B: That's rape, right?
[00:09:56] Speaker A: I mean, it's. I get some kind of. It's something, right? I don't know, I wouldn't go rate wise, but it's something.
And the reason why I ain't saying go far as rape, because, you know, I don't want to know. I don't want to step into that, you know, what's raped, what's not raped and all this stuff because, you know, it depends on how that person feel or whatever. So I don't really wanna do that. But I say if you're indulging in three days of cocaine and sex and astro glide, I don't know, you show up and go straight to the coke table.
[00:10:32] Speaker B: Right?
[00:10:32] Speaker A: I mean, what are we doing? You know what I'm saying? What's up with that?
Yeah, you just didn't have to buy the drug. He was already supplying them.
[00:10:42] Speaker B: Right.
[00:10:43] Speaker A: And this guy, this Brendan Paul guy, I don't know if you've seen that with the drug muse in the quotation mark.
[00:10:48] Speaker B: Yeah, the drug move.
[00:10:49] Speaker A: Yeah, he was a star witness. Cause he put a lot of pieces together.
But all I'm getting out of it is you was diddy dealer and you helped bring in the dope and the drugs and this and that and the third, and you was going through the airport, but only you only got. When you got busted in the airport, then you started talking.
Yeah, that's what got me. If you never got busted, you'd have been still getting paid, doing your job, but you got busted. And why the would you try to take dope through the airport anyway? What kind of shit you on, man?
How dumb is that?
How dumb is that? All right. Why would you. You did it and got away with the first time. You did it again.
What are we doing? Yeah, you know what I mean?
[00:11:35] Speaker B: Well, that nigga played for Syracuse, right?
[00:11:37] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, he played for Syracuse. You know, he turned into Diddy. One of Diddy guys or whatever.
But my thing is you had multiple times to say something that you felt like it was wrong when you chose not to.
You kept doing. You kept doing it. Cause you were getting paid, right?
[00:11:51] Speaker B: Right.
[00:11:51] Speaker A: And you were reaping the benefits for being a Diddy's guy.
[00:11:54] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:11:55] Speaker A: Don't cut the shit with me, man.
[00:11:56] Speaker B: That nigga like a real drug mule too.
[00:11:58] Speaker A: He do like a drug mule.
You do? Yeah. But you clean cut, white guy. Yeah, yeah. You know, a little regular looking white guy walking through, he ain't doing nothing. You know that dude there was the plug Jack. You know what I'm saying?
[00:12:13] Speaker B: But all day, Fortnite. All day.
[00:12:16] Speaker A: I ain't lying, bro. Fortnite and dope sell dope at night, play Fortnite all down there.
[00:12:22] Speaker B: Hell, yeah. That's it. Fortnite and pickles.
[00:12:28] Speaker A: So I, I I'll just say, man, some of these people doing these things willingly, I could see some of them maybe being a little bit coerced in a way, but a lot of stuff was willing. It's more willingly going on than coerced to me. Then I'm forcing you to do something a lot of shit was. It's more willingly going on than that. That's just me, though, right?
I'm not saying his D A say, hey, if you don't do this for me, you ain't getting no money.
But, hell, if you don't, I go to GE you don't come to work, you don't get paid.
[00:13:00] Speaker B: Right?
So you go.
[00:13:03] Speaker A: You know what I'm saying? So that's just that on that, man.
[00:13:05] Speaker B: Yeah. There you go, man. Now y' all have it. That's the dated recap for this week, man. And we catch y' all next week.
[00:13:11] Speaker A: Peace.
